Description: Core Medical Group is in need of RN - Registered Nurse right now, this position will be placed in Hawaii. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Client in Hawaii seeking Psychiatric RNs to work variable shifts in closed Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Patients are most often admitted to this unit after a brief Medical/Psychiatric screening in the ER. They are ! at moderate-to-high risk assault, suicide, self-harm or elopements and require a high degree of staff interaction. Patients may have Acute Medical symptoms that may occur within 24 hours of admission and require further screening or transfer to an Acute Medical Unit. Most common diagnoses are substance-induced mood or thought disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, dual diagnosis, Depression, conduct disorder, ODD, ADHD, PTSD, etc.
