• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Certification - BLS - Healthcare Provider
• Current driver! 's abstract in good standing
• Current No-fault auto insurance
• Licensed - LPN - State of Hawaii
• Basic computer knowledge/skill in Microsoft Windows

POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the supervision of a registered nurse and provides direct patient care using the nursing process, and accurately and safely performs procedures for which he/she has been prepared and licensed.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Hawaii LPN license.
MINIMUM FIELD-OF-EXPERTISE: Minimum of twelve (12) months experience. Able to provide quality patient care. Communicates and works effectively with people.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: BLS/C. Current Hawaii drivers license in good standing and automobile no-fault insurance for Home Care.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of recent experience in applicable work setting.
