As the
stateÂ's
only ! specialty hospital, Kapi'olani is recognized as HawaiÂ'i's leader

in the care of women and children. As the major teaching
hospital for the stateÂ's Pediatric and OB/GYN programs, Kapi'olani
has a highly trained team of physician specialists, nurses,
technologists and therapists that share a special understanding of
women and childrenÂ's needs.

The House
Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising
hospital-wide activities including the provision of direct
administrative/clinical support and staffing for the patient care
area during specific shifts. Acts as a facilitator for
administrative issues.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
Must meet educational requirements
for HawaiÂ'i state licensing. Current HawaiÂ'i RN License.
Current BLS/HCP card. ACLS and PALS. Three years clinical experience
with concentration in area of specialty. One year of charge
nurse or related experience.

Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in nursing, health care
administration or related field. NRP.
