OB/GYN program, Kapi’olani has a highly trained team of

Join the Telecommunications department and support our
mission to provide high quality health care to patients
by facilitating an accurate telephone switchboard
service. This department provides assistance to external
and internal customers by directing phone calls to the
appropriate departments and services. The
Telecommunications team assists with the coordination of
emergency responses following established protocols to assure hospital security regulations.
The Telephone Ope! rator is responsible for operating the
switchboard in order to provide routine information and
directs calls to appropriate areas. Responds to
emergencies following established protocols.

Minimum Qualifications: High School or equivalent. Six
months switchboard experience, preferably in health care
setting.
