Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Social Worker, Medical Social Worker (MSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for employment on t he Big Island of Hawaii. We need individuals who are enthusiastic about working in the home setting â€" are compassionate, excellent, and reliable, and can help our clients maintain a safe quality of life with independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home.

We currently have a need for a Social Worker on a PER DIEM basis in HILO, HI.

A SIGN-ON BONUS is also being offered at this time.

Responsibilities

Social Worker responsibilities Include:

• Provide home visits to clients in designated geographic areas.
• Educate and instruct clients, family members, and/or other caregivers in activities necessary to promote the client’s social and emotional well-being, safety, and independent living.
• Electronic documentation.

Qualifications

Social Worker qualifications:

• Must have a Masters Degree in social work.
• Have a minimum of one year experience in social work in a health care setting.
