The Villas is looking for genuinely caring Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator / Resident Assessment Coordinator who stri ves to provide clinical and service excellence in a new, fast paced, team environment. Our Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator / Resident Assessment Coordinators are responsible to ensure timely completion of accurate MDS assessments, care plans, and electronic MDS transmissions for our guests. They also coordinate the Interdisciplinary Team in the development of a Resident Assessment Instrument process and reviews, edits, and ensures accurate MDS, Care Plans, and care conference notes.

Successful Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator / Resident Assessment Coordinator Applicants Must:
- Pass criminal background check, TB, and drug screen.
- Be currently license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii.
- Have a minimum of one year of professional nursing experience. MDS experience is preferred.
Full-time and Part-time: day, evening, and weekend shifts.
