We invite you to consider joining Sounds t! eam as a Hospitalist RN and enjoy working with a stellar group of inpatient physicians at one of Sounds partner hospitals.Job Description The Hospitalist RN is responsible for deliver of Sounds clinical operational models within our partner hospitals. The Hospitalist RN Works closely with our physician team and hospital departments. This is strictly an administrative role with little to no patient care responsibilities.Compensation/BenefitsAnnual salary of $75,000 - $85,000, depending on experience; salary well above local and national average. The position requires strong critical care experience (at least 3 years). Case management knowledge is a plus but not required. Qualified applicants will have strong thinking and ! communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, a! nd an aptitude for continuous learning in the evolving profession of Hospitalist RN. Qualifications- Minimum RN; BSN preferred- Required 3-5 years inpatient nursing experience- At least 3 years in a critical care setting with exposure to electronic medical systems- Strong knowledge of case management and utilization review- Monday through Friday-daytime hours
