Specialty services include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency care, neonatal and pediatric air transport and children’s specialty clinics. With a dedicated team of more than 1,300 employees and 604 physicians, the hospital is home to Kapi‘olani Women’s Center, Kapi‘olani Breast Center and Kapi‘olani Women’s Cancer Center, the state’s only dedicated breast health and gynecological cancer centers. Kapi‘olani offers numerous community programs and services, such as the Kapi‘olani Child Protection Center and Sex Abuse Treatment Center, and through our affiliation with the University of Hawai‘i, we are home to the John A. Burns School of Medicine Pediatrics and OB/GYN residency programs.

Lani Booth IV delivers individualized, comprehensive, culturally sensitive and family-orient! ed care in a multi-disciplinary approach to health and wellnes! s. Services provided by the Mother Baby Care team include pre-delivery and post-delivery support, including work with high-risk and compromised pregnancies. Lani Booth IV also provides general adult medical surgical care including gynecologic, oncology, minor orthopedics and simple fractures.

If you are a compassionate, sensitive caregiver and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, you could be the ideal candidate for our Registered Nurse position. You would provide nursing services through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care in Lani Booth IV. You would also function as an associate to a charge nurse, and eventually assume charge nurse responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NPR) CPR cards. One (1) year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatrics Advanced Life Support (PALS) CPR cards. Two (2) years recent acute care Registered Nurse experience in Medical/Surgical.
