Job Description for Home Care Nurses:
The home care nurse may provide medical services in a patient’s own home, a family member's home or in an assisted-living commu! nity. The home care nurses will be knowledgeable in different ! areas, including geriatrics, pediatrics and hospice care. The RN will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting and feeding as well as administering medications, documenting progress and providing medical treatments.
