Location: Kapolei Hawaii

We are looking for a Clinical Care Operations Manager who would like to work in an environment where casual work attire is welcomed and a great attitude is a must! This position is based out of our Kapolei office.

Job Duties Include:

• Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, and support focusing on quality services and compliance with company standards for the call center.
• May develop and/or implement strategic plans and procedures for the call center operation.
• Ensures process efficiency and quality service.
• Articulate in the business! acumen specific to the Business Unit contracts.
• Prov! ides implementation assistance as needed.
• Provides client support and has direct client interaction.
• May involve customer contact during implementation of products/services as a subject matter expert and may be responsible for the execution of implementation activities.
• May participate in regular status update calls and planning discussions with customers as a technical expert.
• May serve as a liaison with the client/customer’s Case Manager in coordinating member care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Nursing degree strongly preferred.
• Three years of experience in the health care industry or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to effectively facilitate discussion among multi-disciplinary teams made up of internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health care industry trends.
• Proficiency in issues identification and data collection, an! alysis, and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, and Visio and the Internet.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
