Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of recent Dialysis RN experience. \\\"***URGENT -Please DO NOT submit candidates who do not have a current ACLS cert. We WILL NOT consider them for this position.Acute Hemodialysis operates a six bed inpatient unit- as well as having the capability of providing treatments at the bedside. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. Emergency treatment is available 24 hours/day- using on-call RNs. The average daily treatment schedule is 10.Acute Hemodialysis provides care for all adult patie! nts over 18 years. Our patient population includes: €Inpatie! nts who develop acute renal failure€Patients admitted in acute renal failure€Chronic hemodialysis patients admitted for treatment of other medical/surgical diagnosis€Patients admitted with acute overdosePatient care includes: €All medical/surgical; including ventilator-dependent patients- stable telemetry- and lower level of care (SNF/ICF) patients receive their treatments in the hemodialysis unit. RN staff/patient ratio 1:2.
