Labor & Delivery Nurse - (LD RN)

As the major teaching hospital for the University of Hawaii School of Medicine OB/GYN program, they have a highly trained team of physician specialists, nurses, technologists and therapists that share a special understanding of women's needs. Looking for a highly charged nurse to join the team who can hit the floor running and maintain a hectic schedule of 500-600 births a month.

Labor and delivery (LD) nurses provide care to women and their newborns during the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal stages. They provide support and monitor vital signs of the mother and baby during birth and deal with any potential problems. They may also provide support and education to mothers and their families after giving birth. LD nurses are found in hospitals, clinics and physician offices, and maternity or birthing centers.

Required Qualifications
ACLS
BLS
NRP (AHA)
PREVIOUS AMN TR! AVEL

Preferred Qualifications
HIGH RISK EXP
