Job Summary : Administers Oral/Written CEP test for Nurse Assistants in accordance with state and American Red Cross regulations and procedures; oversees all aspects of field testing program for applicants including registration, test proctoring and appropriate documentation; ensures security of test material Major Tasks Performed : Administers the CEP test in accordance with established testing policy Ensures security of all test materials Ensures test administration is efficient with minimal disturbance to the test taker Scores tests and disburses results to participants Completes all test-related supporting documents and information Assists the Program Coordinator with diagnostic scoring and other test related activities Performs other duties as requested See addendum for any additional tasks Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of American Red Cross policies and procedures related to operations within the assigned unit. Ability to convey information orally in a clear manner Ability to perform with minimal supervision Organizational skills required for recordkeeping and report preparation. Strong interpersonal skills particularly as related to working with customers. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Bilingual (Spanish or other language) skill helpful.
