• Licensed/Pending - RN - State of Hawaii
• 1 Yr. - RN experience in specialty area within last 2 years

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing centralized intake, triage, and assessment services to Behavioral Health Services. These service programs are located within the hospital facility in various inpatient and outpatient care units, primarily in the Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Services. MINIMUM EDUCATION: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Hawaii. Must obtain a minimum of12 contact hours of relevant continuing education a year to retain CMC employment. MINIMUM FIELD-OF-EXPERTISE: At least two (2) years of acute psychiatric experience. Ability to foster and maintain competent assessment and other clinical skills through a variety of behavioral health services. Basic computer knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Windows application. REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: BLS/C biennially. CPMR certification every three (3) years. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Two years of applicable assessment/counseling experience; experience with the use of computers in a clinical setting.
